In order to cultivate resilient minds and bodies, we need a strong and stable foundations.


This is a slow and mindful flow focusing on the foundational postures of hatha yoga. This is a great class for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.

This class has a high emphasis on following breathing, correct alignment of postures, and meditative focus.

Every first Friday of the month.
