Join local yoga instructor and Master's of Psychology student, Max Komes, for a uniquely-crafted yoga/guided meditation to help you reconnect with your Inner Stillness. All of this will be taking place within Regeneration Station's Energy Enhancement System - a frequency healing room designed "to help you achieve peak performance and reach higher states of health, consciousness, and self-actualization."

Beginning 5/15, this class will take place every Monday at 7:00pm.

This is a slow and mindful flow focusing on the foundational postures of hatha yoga. This is a great class for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike.

This class has a high emphasis on following breathing, correct alignment of postures, and meditative focus.
